Our drivers have excellent experience and knowledge, so we can guarantee that your service will be in the best condition and with maximum security.
WHERE DO I FIND MY RIDE?
Your driver will be waiting for you outside the airport, holding a sign with your name or our company logo, ready to assist you with your bags. You have only to enter the car and enjoy refreshments in the climate-controlled environment.
For departures you need only provide the pick-up location and time; your driver will arrive on time, ready to load up all your baggage. Once at the airport, the driver will also assist with drop-off and directions to the security gate. You need to be at the airport at least 3 hours before your departure.
CAN I ADD MORE PASSENGERS TO MY RESERVATION?
Yes, you can add more passengers 24 hours before the travel date so we can get the special stamp from the government of Baja California Sur to make any changes in the amount of passengers.
WHAT IS THE LUGGAGE POLICY?
Each guest is allowed two (2) items of baggage plus one (1) small personal items such as a purse or laptop.
**PLEASE NOTE** STATUS DRIVING SERVICES cannot hold luggage or accept unattended luggage.
DO YOU HAVE TRAVEL INSURANCE?
Yes, all of our cars are insured.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT METHODS?
We accept all Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Bank of America, etc…) and Paypal.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED OR CANCELLED?
If your flight is delayed our drivers can wait for you, and you will be charged $65.00 per hour. If your flight is canceled, you can request to reschedule your service or a full refund. Please check our cancellation policy here.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY RESERVATION?
Yes, you can make changes to your reservation. At least 24 hours before the service requested. You can email us, call us or make changes online.
